Labrys Technologies is proud to announce our participation in the United States Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program, via Shift.org and have hired our first fellow, Bryce Mitchell from the United States Air Force. At Labrys, Bryce will be engaging cross-functionally with our strategy, business development, and mission operations teams.

Bryce is a transitioning Air Force officer with experience conducting full-cycle intelligence operations in multiple tactical, operational, and strategic overseas assignments. He completed two highly selective venture capital and defense innovation fellowships through the Defense Ventures Program and AFWERX. Bryce holds degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, King's College London and will be attending the Stanford Graduate School of Business in the Fall.

The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences.

For service members SkillBridge provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas. Service members participating in SkillBridge receive their military compensation and benefits, and industry partners provide the training and work experience.
